Exterior Design Evolution
The Silverado has always been a trendsetter, so it should be no surprise that the new Silverado EV is equipped with a host of unique features that set it apart from its competitors:
- 24-inch aluminum wheels
- A new, hands-free start that automatically turns the vehicle on after the driver enters with an enabled device.
- A new, sculpted front-end design to efficiently direct air down the body side, providing a significant boost to the aerodynamic performance.
- The eTrunk: a lockable, weatherproof compartment in the front of the vehicle. This area provides enough space to fit a large suitcase.
Interior Technology and Comfort
The interior of the new Chevy Silverado EV is so luxurious you might forget this pickup was made for work! It features a 17-inch LCD freeform infotainment screen, an 11-inch reconfigurable driver instrument display, and a multi-color driver head-up display on the windshield with a field of view of over 14 inches.
RST and WT models are equipped with customizable front-row storage to help you make the most of your interior space. A modular console with over 7 gallons of storage space is also available, making it perfect for storing your lunch cooler.
The second row is a 40/60 split seat with four configurations. This allows you to haul gear or equipment while still accommodating a second-row passenger.
The available Multi-Flex Tailgate enables up to 10 feet and 10 inches of load floor and extra storage capability. Plus, you can keep your cargo protected with the available tonneau cover.
2024 Silverado EV Performance
The question everyone has about EVs: What about performance? Rest assured that the Silverado EV delivers.
You'll get a GM-estimated 440-mile range on a full charge. The RST and WT models have public DC fast charging capabilities of up to 350kW. With this, you can add approximately 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes based on GM estimates.
The available accessory power bar equips the Silverado EV's PowerBase charging system with up to 11 outlets that provide a total of 10.2kW of all-electric power. Whether you're tailgating, need to power up work equipment, or experiencing a power outage, the Silverado EV has your back.
Wondering about power? The new Silverado EV provides up to 754 horsepower and over 785 lb.-ft. of torque in the available max power Wide Open Watts Mode on First Edition RST. You'll also enjoy a max towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs.
