I have been waiting months for my rear wiper motor to be replaced. It still is not done and I was told it would be at least July. Today I asked for me shocks to be checked (this was listed on my appointment) My car stayed 6 hours and when I went to get it was told they didn't have time to look at them. I could leave it another day or make a new appointment. I had somewhere to go today and would be another day without a car. I feel this is VERY poor planning and service!! My tires were rotated and now my car is out of alignment. Everytime I take my car something happens. I am highly disappointed in the professionalism and customer service.

To whom it may concern, I am very upset about what happened yesterday. I wish I never came to Lancaster Chevrolet Dealership. I regret buying that truck from your company. I don't like people who are racist and pretend to be nice and hate you for who you are. I am sixty nine years old. I am a combat veteran who served in desert storm and I retired from my job working for NYPD Division and one of the first Responder at the WTC in 2001. I respect everyone for who they are and not because of their skin color. I am more man than any of you put together. I don't like to be disrespected by anyone. And who ever is reading this message. You know exactly what I am talking about and I don't like it. I don't like people who are racist and nasty towards honest people. I can tell by their nasty behavior and that is not professional. This is not the first time or second time dealing with hatred at Lancaster Chevrolet Dealership. But I am not afraid or surprised by the racist attitudes. I just don't want to be around that type of racist behavior. This will be my last visit to Lancaster Chevrolet Dealership. I will find some other location to go and get my truck service. in area when a warning light went off! called Service, explained problem told me to come on in. I was there in 15 min. car was taken in, less than a hour later car was ready to go!!!

Ryan Evans my sales rep was a former student of mine who I taught at LHS. We took a test drive in the trax, crunched some numbers to see what I could afford and Larry and his team made it happen. Everyone was super nice even though they were all very busy very personable and they talked to me like I was one of them. In the end I got my dream truck.

Had an oil change and tires rotated. They were very good at doing both . They are very professional and believe it . The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to.

I was contacted for a deal stating that I was to have my tires rotated and oil change for the deal off $95 and some change. I went to have my vehicle serviced and stated that I was here for that deal and looked back at my receipt later the following day and discovered that I wasn't serviced as I was led to believe.

I've been a customer here for 7 years and they have always been very responsive and through for all 3 of my chevrolets'. I recommend them to everyone asking me about reliable Chevy service.

I know people do their best work when not rushed I put truck in on Tuesday and waited to Friday to get it out new tries and brakes when I arrived on Friday still had to wait in lounge while they finished seems wrong they were shipped wrong size rotors I reckon no one noticed until they were putting tries back on really bothers me to think some one had to rush to get truck ready on Friday morning
