Lancaster Motor's Statement on Coronavirus(Covid-19)
Lancaster Motor Company is committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and our valued customers. Like many others, we are doing our part to minimize potential risks regarding the recent developments of the CoronaVirus. In additions to our daily cleaning procedures, we have initiated additional protocols at the dealership above and the normal steps.
All Departments- Increasing frequency in which high volume, high touch areas are cleaned.
- Requiring all staff to engage in good hygiene by washing their hands with soap and water frequently.
- Disinfecting and cleaning the guest areas, showroom offices, and demo vehicles multiple times a day.
- Following recommendations by the CDC.
- We'll bring the test drive to you.
- Offering a process to start the buying process online.
- Disinfecting customer service vehicles before and after the actual service is performed.
- Picking up and dropping off cars for service.
- Adding a key drop box for service.
