The 2023 Chevy Colorado Boasts New Performance Features 

Already one of the most popular trucks in the mid-size market, the Chevy Colorado now boasts even more exciting features! This refreshed model has been on the scene for over 15 years, but Chevy has truly upped the ante with the newest 2023 model.

Upgraded powertrain options, three available off-road trims, and versatile performance drive modes make the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado more capable than ever before – and that’s just what we know so far! Trim Levels and New Packages

The 2023 Chevy Colorado will be available in five unique trim levels, with one to suit every lifestyle and budget. Choose from the following:

• Work Truck (WT)
• LT
• Z71
• Trail Boss
• ZR2

The Trail Boss trim is the newest addition to the line-up, with more aggressive styling indicative of its off-road capabilities. The 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 has been redesigned, receiving some serious performance upgrades. Be sure to ask about adding the ZR2 Desert Boss Package to maximize your off-roading capabilities!

Performance and Off-Road Features

Powered by a 2.7L turbocharged engine, the 2023 Chevy Colorado’s power is based on the trim you choose:

• Turbo (237 horsepower, 259 lb.-ft. torque)
• Turbo Plus (310 horsepower 390 lb.-ft. torque)
• Turbo High-Output (310 horsepower, 430 lb.-ft. torque)

The base engine comes standard on WT and LT models, while the more powerful, high-output engine will be available for the other models. Both Plus and High-Output engines boast an impressive 7,700-pound towing capacity – so there’s no task too tough!

Optimize performance by switching between these five drive modes:

• Off-Road
• Terrain
• Baja 
• Tow/Haul
• Normal 

Like previous model years, the new Colorado utilizes an independent front suspension with a solid rear axle with leaf springs. Trail Boss models, equipped for adventure, provide more ground clearance and a wider front track to increase stability on uneven terrain.

All models will come standard with Chevy Safety Assist, including features like lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and more. You’ll also enjoy available comfort and infotainment features like heated, multifunction steering wheel, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, advanced audio system, and more!
